- Minimum of thirty semester hours completed (Sophomore standing)
- Full-time student (12 hours minimum)
- Cumulative college GPA 2.5
- Renewable if recipient meets requirements of cumulative GPA of 2.5 and full-time status up to maximum of 128 semester hours.
