- High School graduate of Comanche or Cotton county
- Full-time student (12 hours minimum)
- ACT/SAT score (entering freshman)
- 3.0 college GPA
- Students who are worthy and conscientious in their pursuit of an education. First preference will be given to students from middle income families. Include qualifications and merits in application essay.
