Inclement Weather

If it is decided that the outdoor ceremony is not possible, the ceremony will take place in the University Theatre. The date and time remain the same -- September 26, 2008, at 10:00 a.m.

Assembly and Processional

The Platform Party will meet at 9:30 a.m. in the McCutcheon Recital Hall (Music 115). 

Faculty and Administrative Staff will meet in the Band Room (Music 135) at 9:45 a.m. 

Honor students, McMahon scholars, and retired faculty will meet in the Studio Theatre (Theatre 127) at 9:45 a.m.

Banner carriers will meet in the Theatre Scene Shop (Theatre 123) at 9:15 a.m. Further instructions will be given then.

Recessional

After the Alma Mater, the platform party will return to the Recital Hall. Vice President Pinkston and Associate Vice President Glover will lead the recessional.
