Regalia (Caps and Gowns)
Arrangements for Physically Challenged
Dear Cameron Graduate,
Please accept my personal congratulations on graduating from Cameron University. Cameron’s exciting traditions, such as the use of the grand Commencement stage and large video screen as well as the spectacular fireworks, will continue to distinguish the CU commencement experience on this special occasion.
The Honorable T.W. Shannon, Speaker of the House, will deliver the commencement address to the class of 2013. A Cameron alumnus with a distinguished record of public service, Speaker Shannon has committed his time and efforts to serving his community and the State of Oklahoma. The first African American to hold the post, Shannon was sworn in as Speaker on January 8, 2013. Coupled with his extraordinary talents and strong sense of purpose is his exceptional leadership. Indeed, his life will serve as an inspiration to Cameron University’s graduating class.
Throughout this website, you will find important details of the ceremony to ensure your successful participation in, and enjoyment of, this momentous event.
