Payroll Processing

When is payday?

     

  • Regular employee monthly payroll is the last work day of the month.

    •  

     

  • Supplemental monthly payroll is variable, generally the 12th to 15th of the month.

    •  

     

  • Adjunct/Overload payroll pay dates are established by the Office of Academic Affairs.

    •  

  • Student work study is variable, generally the 10th to 15th of the month.

    •  

 When are time cards due?

     

  • Student work study due by 5 pm on the last work day of the month. Cards received after 9 am on the 1st work day after the due date are included in next month's payroll.
  • Classified salaried employees due in payroll by 5 pm on last working day of the month.
  • Hourly employees due in payroll by 5 pm on the last working day of the month.
