Payroll Processing
When is payday?
- Regular employee monthly payroll is the last work
day of the month.
- Supplemental monthly payroll is variable, generally
the 12th to 15th of the month.
- Adjunct/Overload payroll pay dates are established
by the Office of Academic Affairs.
- Student work study is variable, generally the 10th
to 15th of the month.

When are time cards due?
- Student work study due by 5 pm on the last work day of
the month. Cards received after 9 am on the 1st work day after the due
date are included in next month's payroll.
- Classified salaried employees due in payroll by 5
pm on last working day of the month.
- Hourly employees due in payroll by 5 pm on the last working day of the month.
