I have had a lot of emails regarding jobs in Saudi Arabia.  Here is a summary:

Teachers:  If you are at a private school i.e. (International Schools Group), they will start you between 30K and 40K depending on years certified.  If you are hired in the US at a job fair, you will get housing allowance, two paid trips back to the US each year for you and your family members.  No Federal income tax on the first 90K - so no tax's are taken out.

Teachers at Aramco Oil Company:  Start at between 45K and 55K depending on years of teaching or they will ask for proof of your last pay and add 20% for an offer.

Most Foreign employers in Saudi Arabia provide the following:

Examples of Professional Pay:  Human Resources, Finance, Engineers and other degreed positions:

They will pay you 20% more than what you are making plus an Extra Bonus of 15%.  Some New Hire examples:

 HR Generalist w/ 10 years - Base Pay - 60K plus 9K Total - 69K year

Engineer with 10 years - 70K Base plus 10K Total 80K year

Finance with 15 years - 90K Base plus 15K Total 105K year

The other benefits include: 12 paid holidays, 40 days annual leave, Defined retirement at age 50 or 50 plus 5 years of service.  Free medical, $15K per year for travel to and from the US and if you have school age children over 14, they will pay up to 30k per year for international boarding school.
