Assemble at the CU FOOTBALL STADIUM promptly at 8:00 A.M. Sharp.
Additional instructions will be given during this assembly.
Contest is scheduled to be held in room 202 South Shepler Hall
The contest will consist of judging two or more (2+) classes of wholesale cuts (i.e., chucks, ribs, hams or pork loins) and the identification of twenty-five (25) or more cuts selected from the official list.
Each school may enter one team of three or four (3-4) members. The three highest scores will be considered the team-score. Scoring will be according to the Oklahoma State FFA Career Development Events Booklet or the web site.
