All financial aid sources - scholarships, loans, and on-campus employment - are small in number, of limited monetary value, and highly competitive, and should not be relied upon for financial support.  A responsible person who is willing and able to provide you with financial support to cover your education and living expenses while in the United States must execute the Affidavit of Financial Support.
