E-mail Personal Vita Masters of Business Administration School of Business Courses

I am Dr. M. Suzanne Clinton. I have a Doctorate in Business Administration from Mississippi State University. My emphasis is Human Resource Management. I also have minors in Marketing and Statistics. I came to Cameron in 1994. I have served as Graduate Coordinator, Dean of International Business Studies and I am now serving as the Associate Dean for the School of Business.

My research interests include various areas of management...human resource management, the effects of the Americans with Disabilites Act motivation, satisfaction, the learning organization, person-organization fit, corporate universities, emotional intelligence and one hundred other things. I do not believe in research for the sake of research. I want someone to be able to benefit from what I learn
through my studies.

I have been teaching at Cameron University for 10 years. I primarily teach graduate courses, but I teach at least one undergraduate course each semester. The courses I regularly teach include the following: Current Issues in  Human Resource Management, Human Resource  Management, Organization Behavior, Students in Free  Enterprise and Organization Theory and Design.

I love my job.  I love solving problems and helping students.  I really love watching someone learn.  I thrive on providing examples to help course material mean something to students.  I fully believe that you get out of something what you put into it.  As such, I work really hard at my job and have been very successful at it.
