Uploading Your Page

There are several methods you can use to upload your page.
Netscape
File, Open Page. Type in ftp://account@cuok.cameron.edu where account is your account name/login on cuok. For example, I login with julie so I would type ftp://julie@cuok.cameron.edu. You will then be prompted for your password. After successfully entering your password, you will see your directory structure for your account. Click on the public_html directory which you created earlier. Now click on File, Upload File, and choose your files to upload (If you are uploading anything other than an .html file, you will need to change the file types to "all files" on the resulting screen.)

RFTP

For the URL, type in ftp.cameron.edu. Put in your login name and password and click connect. Once connected, click on the 'Remote' tab. Double click on public_html to gain access to your web directory. Now open Windows Explorer and navigate to the directory your web pages are located in on your computer. Position Explorer and RFTP on the screen so you can see both programs. The Ascii and Binary Buttons Then just drag your pages from Explorer and drop them into RFTP. If you are dragging .html files, make sure the big A in the upper right hand corner of RFTP is selected. For graphics select the binary button (looks like very small 1's and 0's).
