  • Wrote, produced, directed, edited, and/or shot over 15 broadcast and industrial video titles.
  • Designed and developed 3 major computer-based training (CBT) titles for the Department of Defense and the Immigration and Naturalization Service. 
  • Served as Project Leader for a variety of video, CBT, and text-based projects guiding the efforts of specialists in graphics, audio and video production, and multimedia authoring. 
  • Performed the analysis and design of a comprehensive environmental health and safety curriculum for the State of Alaska and Alaska-based Federal agencies.
  • Served on the Advisory Committee for Cameron University's Institute for Applied Telematics. 
January 1971 - December 1990: Infantry Officer, United States Army. Regimental affiliation: 75th Infantry Regiment. 
  • Served in a variety of troop staff positions including platoon leader and executive officer for two Ranger companies; company commander of a light infantry company; Infantry Battalion Staff, Assistant Professor of Military Science; US Army Field Artillery School Media Selection Officer; US Army Europe and 7th Army Operations Staff; and Field Artillery Board Operations. 
  • Selected in 1978 for advanced civilian schooling in Educational Technology. 
  • In 1982, developed the curriculum for an English-as-a-Second Language program for the University of Puerto Rico (Eastern and Western Puerto Rico ROTC programs). Also coordinated the procurement of instructor personnel and instructional facilities. 
  • Wrote and produced a video, "Here to Learn" to market the ESL program for the two ROTC programs in Puerto Rico. 
  •  1985 to 1989,  Conducted daily briefings for Deputy   Chiefs of Staff   at the US Army Europe and 7th Army Headquarters
    in Heidelberg, Germany using early presentation software, augmented, at times, with video tape.
